About the role:

As aClinical Nurse,you'llplay a key leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centeredcare to residents. Working closely with the Residential Service Manager and wider care team,you'llprovideexpert clinical guidance, support complex careneedsand help create positive outcomes that enhance residents' quality of life.You will:

Lead and support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centeredcare for residents.

Provideexpert clinical guidance and support for complex care needs and clinical decision-making.

Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee effective care planning and reviews.

Mentor, coach and support nursing and care teams to deliver best-practice outcomes.

Champion infection prevention and control initiatives across the home.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, allied healthprofessionalsand other key stakeholders.

Support quality improvement, clinical governance and compliance with aged care standards and funding requirements.

Maintainaccurateclinical documentation and contribute to positive resident outcomes and quality of life.

Role Requirements:

Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.

Minimum three years' experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within aged care.

Strong clinical assessment, criticalthinkingand decision-making skills.

Experience supporting residents with complex care needs, including dementia and palliative care.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and support multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of aged care quality standards, fundingrequirementsand clinical governance practices.





Strong communication,documentationand stakeholder engagement skills.

IPCLeadtraining, or willingness to complete the training.

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
