What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong wine knowledge and confidence in guiding guest selections
- A valid RSA
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
Your Role
Bar Staff: Craft high-quality drinks, maintain a clean and organised bar, and provide warm, efficient service.
Floor Staff: Provide attentive, knowledgeable table service, manage sections confidently, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
