Icon Group is seeking a Quality Pharmacist to join the Quality and Medication Safety Unit (QMSU) for a 12-month, part-time role (3 days per week) to support SJOG Slade Pharmacy implementation and CHARM Oncology databases across multiple facilities. The role offers hybrid/work from home with occasional travel, reporting to the Lead Quality Pharmacist – Cancer Services.
