Our story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disabilities could have more independence, choice, and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.

What are we looking for? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable support worker in Valla, NSW to join our mission of setting a current standard for support. Hireup is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and older Australians and is committed to high standards of quality.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON FROM 29/07/2026

Desirable experience supporting clients with or knowledge of:

- Mental health conditions
- Traumatic Brain Injuries
- Behaviour support
- Supporting clients with admin, household tasks and community access including appointments.

While some experience is desirable, it is important that the candidate has a great sense of humour, has a calm nature, and is ok to be around pet dogs.

Current Shift Availability:

Wednesday 9 am to 1 pm - this is essential and ongoing booking,



MUST have availability for this weekly.

Some flexibility to cover bookings of other workers in the team as required

Mandatory Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Full First Aid
- Right to work within Australia
- National Police Check
- Full Australian driver's licence
