About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Tradesman and motivated Supervisor to lead projects,



support technicians and drive operational excellence across the business.

This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day project delivery, coordinate teams, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

You’ll work closely with management and project teams across a variety of industrial environments, helping deliver high quality outcomes while mentoring and developing the next generation of tradespeople.

This role suits someone who enjoys leadership, problem solving, accountability and being part of a business focused on long-term growth and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead projects from start to finish
- Coordinate tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Conduct QA checks and provide technical guidance
- Monitor project productivity, budgets and performance
- Coordinate workflow, scheduling and project priorities
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Build strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, productivity and team performance

What We’re Looking For

Essential

- QBCC Occupational Plumbing Licence
- Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3500 standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands‑on
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Current manual driver’s licence
- White Card

Desirable

- Previous supervisory or leading hand experience
- Experience using simPRO, SiteDocs and Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong customer service and team-focused mindset
