The Opportunity

We're seeking an OHT to take genuine ownership of a patient list at our Narellan clinic. This isn't an entry-level support role — you'll be trusted to manage preventive, periodontal, and paediatric care independently, work alongside experienced dentists on complex cases, and have real input into treatment planning and patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Independently managing a full patient list — preventive, periodontal, paediatric
- Performing restorative procedures at the top of your scope
- Leading patient consultations and treatment planning
- Collaborating directly with dentists on complex/cosmetic cases
- Mentoring junior staff and dental assistants where relevant
- Driving preventive care outcomes and patient retention

What We're Looking For





- AHPRA-registered OHT with 2+ years' clinical experience (preferrred)
- Confidence working autonomously with minimal supervision
- A track record of strong patient rapport and case acceptance
- High clinical standards and meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in advanced/cosmetic dentistry
- Leadership potential — comfortable mentoring newer team members
