Overview
Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate (minimum 4 PQE) required to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Perth.
You will work under Partners Rohan Mishra and Kate Casellas in a busy transactional practice supporting corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.
Responsibilities
Work on a broad range of transactional matters for corporate entities, financial institutions and international funds.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and other practice areas to deliver high quality legal services.
Contribute to industry‐leading deals and creative financing structures.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 PQE in law.
Ideally experience in a similar role or private practice.
Robust written and verbal communication skills with impact.
Intellectually inquisitive and eager to learn.
Collegial mindset and teamwork orientation.
