As part of our growing business a current role is required to join our team in Perth.
Reporting to the Executive Director West, you'll play a crucial role in managing commercial operations whilst working together with Finance, Village Managers, Operations Managers and Clients.
Previous experience in a similar role within Facility Services will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and submit all monthly claims for the WA/NT $100M+ business
Provide training to Village Managers in the commercial aspects of their operation
Provide real-time business feedback to Executive Director WA and Operations Managers
Liaise with Finance to understand what is in a claim (monthly client billings) and work with Operations to ensure complete understanding of claims
Be responsible for the pricing of all contract variations in the Western operations
Raise invoices, record receipts, chase up payments and work with sites on function pricing
Local reviewer of new sub-contractor agreements
Skills & Experience:
Very strong understanding of services contracts and the ability to interpret into commercial models




Ability to get through large volumes of work quickly and accurately whilst relying on many others to contribute
Accounting knowledge and the ability to read and understand a P&L.;
Ensuring accuracy and containing all relevant costs
Very robust MS Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with various stakeholders, but remotely
Qualifications sought are degree qualified (Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering) +8yrs workforce experience
