As a Host, your welcoming smile, natural energy, and helpful nature will help customers feel welcome and comfortable to explore and discover magic experiences while they are at BOUNCE.
The role of the Host is to help ensure that each customer has an awesome and protected time from the moment they enter BOUNCE to the moment they leave.
Host Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly, energetic, and confident demeanor.
Ensure each customer feels welcome and comfortable.
Host events such as kids' parties, school groups, dodgeball games, and other activities.
Interact with customers of all ages.
Maintain a secure workplace and respond as a first responder if an incident occurs.
Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough training program that equips staff with life‐long skills. Host training covers:
Venue operations
Barista training
Basic trampoline skills
Party and group hosting
L2/Senior First Aid
Opportunities to advance into team leadership and coaching roles.
Qualifications
Working with Children check required.
Weekend availability required.
Minimum age 15 years old.
