About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a growing organisation undergoing significant finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
This newly created role will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager to review, improve and document AR processes across a complex multi-entity setting.
The position will play a key role in helping build scalable, efficient and standardised processes to support future growth and integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review and document current end to end AR processes
Develop process maps, SOPs, policies and procedure manuals
Create training documentation, work instructions and onboarding materials
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation
Support credit management processes including applications and credit review workflows
Provide hands-on support across AR operations when required, including collections, banking and account management activities




Contribute to continuous improvement projects and future-state process design
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong end to end Accounts Receivable experience
Previous experience in process improvement, transformation or project-focused settings
Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, procedure manuals and process documentation
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with leadership
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support operational activities where needed
Advanced Excel skills
