Skills/Experience
Demonstrated experience in a range of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Demonstrated experience in training development.
Takes responsibility for design, creation, packaging and maintenance and manages development to deliver agreed outcomes.
Selects appropriate tools, methods and design patterns to design user interactions with and experiences of a product, system or service.
Design, development and delivery of a variety of skilled learning experiences, materials, briefings, group presentations and instruction to educate and uplift staff capabilities.
