You’ll work across high-quality commercial matters for an established client base while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy and culture that comes with a smaller firm.

The practice advises a diverse mix of private businesses, founders, investors and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, employment, intellectual property, property and trusts. The litigation team also generates a steady stream of commercial referrals, creating a consistent pipeline of interesting advisory work.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters while working closely with an experienced Managing Partner recognised in Best Lawyers Australia.



Having previously spent a decade as a Partner at a leading international law firm, they offer the technical mentoring and commercial insight of a large-firm workplace within a far more approachable and collaborative culture.
