Moama Bowling Club is seeking a agile Training & Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This diverse role combines rostering, training coordination, WHS compliance and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Working closely with Department Managers and Team Leaders, you will manage rosters for around 260 staff, coordinate inductions, maintain our Blink communication platform, and support the Health & Safety Committee.
