Hancock Agriculture is a renowned agricultural company, encompassing Hancock Pastoral, Wagyu Operations, and S. Kidman & Co. Pty Ltd.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Beef Sales & Production team.This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, export activities, and associated documentation across our beef product range, ensuring products are booked, transported, invoiced, and delivered efficiently in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal teams and external supply chain partners, you will play an important role in ensuring the seamless movement of premium Australian beef products from production through to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales and purchase contracts through to successful delivery.
- Manage order schedules, shipment bookings, and logistics requirements across domestic and international markets.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation, shipping paperwork, invoices, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with freight providers, shipping lines, customs agents, cold stores, packers, and other supply chain partners.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and in accordance with customer requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.




- Maintain accurate records and support effective communication between Sales, Production, customers, and suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative support as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in logistics, export, shipping, supply chain, freight forwarding, food manufacturing, agriculture, or a related administration role.
- Strong knowledge of export logistics, ideally with experience in perishable commodities or beef logistics.
- Experience managing export documentation and international shipping processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including data management and reporting.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team workplace.
- A proactive approach with strong problem solving skills.
- A current Driver's Licence.
