We are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Educators to join our team at Evolution Early Learning in Mooloolaba. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. What you’ll be doing
- Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children
- Providing a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment that supports the growth and wellbeing of each child
- Observing and documenting children’s progress and development
- Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with them to support their children’s learning
- Adhering to all regulatory requirements and Centre policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Overseeing children during play and leisure activities
- Monitoring and supporting children’s everyday routines
- Guiding children’s behaviorand encouraging positive social development
What we’re looking for
- A relevant Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Level 6 Employee under the Childrens Services Award
- A strong understanding of early childhood development & pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing
- Demonstrated experience in a similar childcare role (preferred but not essential)
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
