to join a growing hospitality group operating premium club venues across Sydney.
We're looking for experienced, hands-on Venue Managers to lead the day-to-day operations of two busy venues located in Waverley and Caringbah.

About the Role
As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of your venue, ensuring exceptional service, strong financial performance and a positive team culture.
Working closely with our senior operations team, you'll have the autonomy to lead your venue while being supported by an experienced hospitality group committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop your venue team
- Deliver outstanding food, beverage and customer service standards
- Manage daily venue operations across restaurant, bar and functions
- Prepare weekly rosters and manage labour costs
- Drive sales while maintaining strong cost control
- Ensure compliance with WHS,
RSA and food safety requirements
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership team
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Senior Duty Manager
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- A hands‑on approach with excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing labour, rosters and operational performance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
- RCG and Approved Manager qualifications (preferred)
