About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our Team in Yeppoon, ideally from a building product or hardware background to be our new Store Manager. This position reports to the Executive Director.
Key Deliverables of the position:
Workplace Health and Safety compliance with legislation and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service to both retail and trade customers.
Day to day management of all aspects of the store.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Contribute to the continual improvement of the company.
Successful Applicant
Strong and experienced leader.
Experience in managing a customer focused, successful retail/trade business.
Lead by example.
Knowledge of the retail setting and understanding industry trends.
High level of commitment to safety and to drive our safety culture change.
High level of quality customer satisfaction.
High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Class C Open Vehicle licence
