We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves residential cleaning, working with our lovely high quality clients on a consistent schedule to deliver a spotless clean that makes them smile and love walking back into their homes.
You will typically work between 12-24 hours per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs.
We're currently looking for applicants who have regular availability on Fridays between 8:30am and 4:30pm, as this is one of our busiest service days. Availability on additional weekdays is highly regarded and may provide opportunities for increased hours as our client base continues to grow.
Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.
While this is a casual position, we’re seeking people who are looking for reliable, ongoing work and want to work as part of our cooperative team for the longer term. Stability and commitment are important to us so we can provide consistent service to our clients and a supportive environment for our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
General cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas to a high standard
Following a checklist and our cleaning processes to always meet client expectations
Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards
Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and the team
What We Offer:
Award hourly rate of $33.85 + 12% superannuation
Paid travel between jobs at $1.01 per km in addition to your ordinary hours

About You:
You have a strong work ethic, take pride in your work, and a high attention to detail
You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
You can work independently and follow instructions

You have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license
You can commit to working during school holidays
Prior cleaning experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’re happy to train you!
