This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and hands-on individual who would like to take on a supervisory role within our Logistics and Warehouse function. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse and service team — overseeing processes from receiving and storage through to dispatch and customer fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and parcel returns

- Manage returns and damaged goodsin accordance withcompany procedures

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environmentat all times

- Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff — including daily task assignment, shift rotation, and performance monitoring

- Onboard and train new team members on responsibilities, tasks, and company procedures

- Support staff with attendance management and day-to-day performance

- Fill in across operational areas whenrequired, including pick packing, physical labour, SAP updates, and customer service support

Inventory & Reporting

- Maintainaccurateinventory records through regular stock audits and cycle counts

- Ensure accuracy of all deliveries, shipments, and stock movements

- Maintain daily reports, incident records, and data entry

- Maintain,



update and support internal and external operational systems including but not limited to SAP, EGS, Magento, FedEx Stratus and E-parcel

- Create and managenew itemsand kit items in SAP

Compliance & Safety

- Enforce and promote workplace health and safety standards — ensuring all staffcomply withWHS requirements and operational procedures

- Ensure operations meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments including Customer Service and Accounts to ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfilment

- Collaborate with overseas branches and regional teams to support order processing, inventory availability, and customer requirements

- Liaise with customersregardingorders — in person, by phone, and via email

- Escalate and resolve operational issues ina timelyand professional manner

What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Background in transportation, freight, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

- Tech-savvy — ability to learn recent systems quickly

- Proficiencyin SAP and experience withlogisticssystems highly regarded

- Physically capable of performing hands-on warehouse duties

- $70,000 – $75,000+Sper yearandflexible working hours
