Duties and Responsibilities

- Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes




- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S; requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close communication and building relationships with clients

Skills & Experience

- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
- Strong knowledge of National Construction Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)
