This is a hands-on role for a qualified cabinetmaker who will continue working on the factory floor while also supporting and guiding the team.

You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day questions from cabinetmakers, helping resolve production issues and keeping work moving without unnecessarily interrupting the production management team.

The Role

- Manufacture residential and commercial cabinetry
- Guide and support cabinetmakers and factory staff
- Answer production and job-related questions
- Monitor quality, workflow and job progress
- Assist with plans, drawings and technical issues
- Help maintain a safe and organised factory

About You

- Trade-qualified cabinetmaker
- Strong factory and manufacturing experience
- Previous foreman, leading hand or senior cabinetmaker experience preferred
- Confident reading plans and solving production issues
- Approachable, organised and able to lead by example
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality

- We offer a competitive hourly rate of $40 to $45 per hour, stable full-time employment and a friendly, supportive team.
