About the Role
We’re currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electrician's to join the growing team at GEM Switchboards.
Based in our workshop in West Gosford, this role involves building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects. You’ll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment working with an experienced team that values quality, reliability, and teamwork.
This is a factory-based position only — no onsite installation work required.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Wiring and fitting electrical switchboards
Installing electrical components and equipment
Reading and working from technical drawings and layouts
Busbar assembly and control wiring
Testing completed boards prior to dispatch
Assisting with production deadlines and workflow
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practices
