Eling Forest Cafe in the Southern Highlands is seeking a reliable Cafe Supervisor / All-Rounder to run the cafe and supervise the team in the owner's absence.
You will manage day-to-day cafe operations, lead a small team, ensure cleanliness and hygiene, handle stock and costs, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Experience in hospitality, barista skills, RSA certification, and weekend/public holiday availability are highly valued.
