Job Description
Manage procurement activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and supplier agreements.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.
Provide advice and support on procurement processes and best practices.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships effectively.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
The Successful Applicant




A successful Procurement & Contracts Officer should have:
Confident running or supporting tenders (RFQ/RFT)
Solid with documentation, reporting and compliance
Comfortable advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed
Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management
Positive, proactive and team-focused
Ideally has local government or regulated workplace exposure
