Qualifications
Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM and ITOM
Solid technical skills in system configuration, integration, and customization
Ability to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into functional solutions
Experience implementing workflows and automating processes using ServiceNow tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a project-oriented setting
