For Purpose Aged Care in South East Victoria seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across multiple residential homes.
You will supervise Maintenance Officers, coordinate contractors and drive preventative and reactive programs to keep facilities protected and welcoming.
Reporting to the State Maintenance Manager, you'll manage CapEx/projects, ensure compliance with Fire Safety and WHS, and support commissioning of current homes.
A hands-on leader with robust communication is essential.
