The Role

Join the Finance & Investment Operations team, owning accurate, well-controlled operations across managed investment schemes and portfolios. This is a varied role combining daily execution with analysis, process improvement and project work, not just processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse, process and reconcile daily transactions: fee payments, fund transfers, cash management, trade settlements.
- Validate unit prices daily, investigating and resolving discrepancies within SLA.
- Support investment, operational and financial reporting.
- Maintain integrity of portfolio, transaction, market and registry data.
- Investigate operational issues across unit pricing, registry, fund accounting and transactions, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams (Investments, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance) and external providers (custodians, registry, fund admin, auditors).
- Contribute to process improvement, control documentation,



and system implementations/UAT.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in investment operations, unit pricing, fund administration or fund accounting.
- Solid understanding of managed funds, reconciliations, trade settlement and operational controls.
- Experience with custodians, fund administrators, registry providers and auditors.
- Proven ability to investigate breaks, determine root cause and drive resolution.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including the CIO and investment team.
