The business specialises in developing strata-titled self-storage and micro-warehouse facilities across high-growth areas of NSW. Their assets provide investors with the opportunity to purchase individual storage and warehouse units, similar to commercial strata property, while generating ongoing rental income through professionally managed facilities.

With multiple projects underway across NSW, this is a business experiencing genuine growth and expansion.

The Opportunity

Based in the Shoalhaven Area, this is a diverse, hands-on role combining investment sales with the leasing and day-to-day management of premium storage and micro-warehouse facilities.

With a strong pipeline of investment sales and leasing opportunities, this role offers genuine earning potential, with commissions paid as a percentage of the contract price on sales, in addition to leasing commissions of approximately $15,000 per month.

You will work with investors, small business owners and property investors, managing the full sales and leasing journey while building strong ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and service inbound investor and customer enquiries, converting opportunities into sales and leasing outcomes while cross-selling new off-the-plan development opportunities in South Sydney
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline through networking, referrals and relationship building
- Present investment opportunities to prospective investors via phone, virtual meetings and face-to-face appointments




- Sell storage units and micro-warehouses to investors and owner-occupiers
- Lease available storage units and micro-warehouses while delivering exceptional customer service
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals and ongoing tenancy
- Monitor occupancy levels, follow up leads and manage overdue accounts to maximise revenue
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests and contractor bookings
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the facility remains clean, secure and well presented

The ideal candidate

Will come from an off-the-plan, commercial or residential sales background with an understanding of property investment.

Property Managers with a natural sales ability who are looking to move into a sales-focused role are also encouraged to apply. You will be commercially minded, confident speaking with investors and customers, and comfortable building relationships and converting opportunities.

A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one.
