Are you passionate about wine, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic team member to help us create unforgettable wine tasting experiences at our award-winning Cellar Door in the stunning Hunter Valley.

About the Role

Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you'll be the face of Tulloch Wines - welcoming guests, sharing our story, and guiding them through tastings that turn visits into lasting memories (and loyal Wine Club members). If you love a good chat, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working weekends—or even the occasional off-site event (yes, there might be some travel adventures involved)—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver qualified and friendly wine tastings to individuals and groups
- Promote wine sales, merchandise and accessories
- Convert visitors into Wine Club and Rewards members
- Maintain and replenish stock levels for tastings and sales
- Assist with light food preparation




- Respond to customer queries and assist with bookings and POS transactions
- Represent Tulloch Wines at occasional off-site consumer events (travel may be required)
- Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

- A proactive, confident and personable communicator with great customer service skills
- Passion for wine and interest in sharing your knowledge
- Ability to work weekends and across a flexible 7-day roster
- RSA certificate (mandatory if over 18)
- Driver's licence preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is a bonus, but not essential
