The Chance
Due to a strong pipeline of repeat national and private tier-one clients, we are looking for a pro-active, hands-on Project Director or Associate Director to join our senior leadership team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who wants to influence the next chapter of our growth, driving project delivery excellence and managing client relationships while mentoring a team of project managers.

This is an opportunity to join an established east coast focused national business of 15 years that has grown to around 50 people. For the right candidate, this would give you the opportunity to join the business to assist in the next stage of growth and further your career development and opportunities in conjunction.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Leadership: Leadership of a variety of complex and high-profile projects from inception to completion.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients,



delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships.

Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor and lead a diverse team of Project Managers, driving professional development and team cohesion.

Business Growth: Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals, and enhancing our market presence.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 15 years in Project Management (Client-Side preferred) with a proven track record in the Australian market.

Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.

Working Style: Excellent organisation and planning skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to mentor staff and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Commercial Acumen: Strong business acumen in project planning, management, and business development.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Project Ownership: The ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of the project lifecycle
