About The Role:

As our Store person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the stores area, providing essential support to our production teams by maintaining stock accuracy, receiving goods, distributing materials and ensuring tools and supplies are readily available.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All duties are carried out in accordance with M&P; Services’ Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Accurately receipt, label and store stock in the correct locations.
- Pick, pack and distribute materials to production teams.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and tools issued.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to Purchasing.
- Assist with stock control, asset management and monthly tool reconciliations.




- Coordinate returns for incorrect or damaged deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected stores environment.
- Ensure shelving, storage areas and workspaces remain tidy and compliant.
- Assist production as required when stores responsibilities have been completed.

Skills and experience required:

- A positive, “can do” attitude.
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or inventory role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience maintaining inventory or stock records.
- A commitment to workplace safety.
- A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) will be highly regarded.
