Yilabara seeks a Barranggirra Mentor for its Western Sydney Office to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, helping them build aspirations, confidence and successful apprenticeship completions under the Barranggirra Program.
This fixed-term role runs to 30 June 2028, with responsibilities including mentoring plan co-design, stakeholder engagement with employers, and post-placement support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.
