Community Registered Nurse - Care Partner

Love nursing, but ready for a role with more autonomy, more connection, and a different pace?

If you’re a Registered Nurse looking to step away from the fast pace of hospital or residential settings and into a role where you can build genuine relationships and make a meaningful impact in people’s everyday lives, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

At Leora, our Clinical Care Partner role offers a refreshing shift in pace and purpose. This is a dynamic community-based role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a hands‑on and meaningful way, supporting clients in their homes and local communities through high-quality care, clinical oversight and thoughtful coordination.

Monitoring client notes, incidents and service trends to maintain strong clinical standards

Responding to client concerns, incidents and feedback with professionalism, empathy and accountability

Coaching and training Support Workers, including competency assessments
