Hands-on experience in Visual COBOL development and support.
Experience working with Enterprise Server.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Database.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL.
Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting.
Hands-on experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills in a production support setting.
