The role involves presenting to ELT and the Board on demographics, forecasting supply and demand, and advising on strategic interventions to meet capability needs across Victoria.
You will research trends, implement planning strategies, and develop tools to forecast short- to long-term resourcing requirements for a high-performing organization.
