Success Tutoring Caroline Springs is looking for a mature, reliable and passionate Manager/Tutor to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or tutor who enjoys working with students while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a tutoring centre.
We are looking for someone who is qualified, organised and confident managing both educational and administrative responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging English and Maths tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students.
Oversee the daily operations of the tutoring centre.
Manage student attendance, progress and parent communication.
Support, mentor and supervise tutors to ensure high teaching standards.
Assist with enrolments, assessments and class scheduling.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional learning environment.
About You




Previous teaching or tutoring experience is essential (qualified teachers highly regarded).
A mature, responsible and professional attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Confident working independently and making decisions.
Passionate about helping students build confidence and improve academically.
Experience teaching English and/or Maths is highly desirable.
A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
