We're looking for a
Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Developer
to take ownership of development, automation, and integration across a growing Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands‐on role with real scope to shape solutions and improve business‐critical systems.
The Role
This is a developer‐led position focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and customising solutions within
Dynamics 365 CRM
and
Power Automate
Designing and building workflows, plugins, and automation to improve business processes
Supporting integrations across systems and ensuring performance, stability, and security
Troubleshooting issues across flows, connectors, and system performance
Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Driving continuous improvements across the platform and user experience
What You'll Bring
Strong experience developing within
Dynamics 365
and




Power Platform (Power Automate)
Solid background in
.NET
and
Java
development
Experience building integrations and working across complex environments
Knowledge of
customisation, plugins, workflows, and automation tools
Robust problem‐solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and deliver practical solutions
Nice to Have
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python)
Exposure to AI or automation tools
Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Power Platform
