Unique Homestyle Foods is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all customers orders are loaded correctly and on time.
As a Forklift operator you will play a key role in the efficient movement of goods within our rapid-paced bakery warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, picking and dispatching customer orders, stock management, and supporting the wider warehouse team.
This is a permanent full time position with an immediate start. You will work Monday to Friday from 10:00pm to 6:00pm. Reporting to the Logistics / Inventory Manager, you will help maintain the smooth operation of our supply chain while working across the refrigerated and freezer storage areas.
Your role is essential in keeping our large freezer running efficiently, from receiving and dispatching stock to ensuring the right products reach customers on time and in full.
Your regular tasks include:
Operating a Stand-Up forklift to load and unload frozen stock in our large freezer.
Loading and Unloading delivery vehicles.
Maintaining accurate stock movement records for Quality and Inventory tracking.
Ensuring FIFO (First In,



First Out) stock rotation and quality controls standards are met.
Complying with all Food Industry Standards including HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Prioritising health, safety, and environmental considerations, in line with WHS regulations

Valid Australian driver's license and forklift ticket (essential).
To be eligible you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have Full Working Rights.
