Our employer works closely with the Tweed Council and there are opportunities for employment. Are you a Traffic Control Implementer looking for local work across Northern NSW? This role is ideal for someone who holds a current NSW Traffic Controller ticket and a current Implement Traffic Control Plans or Traffic Management Implementer qualification and is confident applying both on active road sites.
You will direct traffic, guide pedestrians, set out and pack down signage and equipment and follow Traffic Management Plans while responding calmly to changing site conditions. The work involves being outdoors in all weather, moving steadily around live sites, standing for extended periods and communicating clearly with supervisors and crews throughout each shift. You will enjoy competitive pay, steady hours and reliable work across the Tweed Coast, Byron Bay and Lismore regions.
To succeed in this role you must hold your Traffic Controller and Implement Traffic Control Plans tickets, a White Card and have reliable transport to reach sites as required.
