About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Michael Kors Harbour Town.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the Michael Kors brand to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.





Responsibilities

- Create meaningful connections with customers and maximise every sales prospect
- Deliver outstanding customer service through expert styling advice and product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards that showcase the luxury Michael Kors experience
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage customer loyalty
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain a well-presented store environment
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

About You

You are passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and creating memorable customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building genuine relationships with customers.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion, luxury, or premium retail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
- Mandarin language skills are highly regarded but not essential
- Be able to work a flexible roste"r, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
