About us

We are a new Bar and Restaurant opening in early august in the Sutherland shire, we will have a strong emphasis on great food, fun cocktails and good wine, all delivered with a welcoming smile, exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere.

We are seeking experienced cocktail/bartenders to Work behindthe bar and be the one of the key faces of our venue. Working with the FOH team and warmly welcoming guests to make them feel comfortable is vital to this role. This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on and interacting with guests to deliver a service that goes above and beyond.

Your role will

Focus on our guests and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Prepare the bar with everything needed for the service.

Train and mentor other staff and casual team members for development.

Create,



mix and serve drinks to a consistent and high standard.

Assist with curating and developing exciting cocktail and wine menus.

What we need you to bring

Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for guest engagement.

A big smile and positive attitude.

Proven experience in cocktail bartending and an eagerness to expand your beverage knowledge

Thrive under pressure and stay composed during peak service times.

Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused.

Energetic and engaging with a positive, team-oriented mindset

Current RSA certification is required
