Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager - Operational Technology Modernisation for a 12-month period to help them in the delivery large-scale OT Modernisation Program across multiple operational sites.
Role Purpose
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, governance and delivery of a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) Modernisation Programs across multiple operational sites. The program will upgrade and standardise critical OT technologies that support the treatment, storage and distribution of potable water.
The role is accountable for delivering program outcomes safely, on schedule, within budget and to agreed quality standards. The Program Manager will lead a complex number of interrelated projects involving significant stakeholder engagement, supplier management, operational coordination and organisational change.
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Significant experience delivering large, complex technology, infrastructure or Operational Technology programs.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs across multiple operational locations.
- Solid understanding of Operational Technology environments, including industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, communications networks and supporting infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success managing complex vendor ecosystems and commercial contracts.
- Extensive experience in program governance, financial management, executive reporting and risk management.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide technology standardisation and organisational change.
- The ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and complex delivery environments
