About the Employer
Staff 360 is recruiting experienced Tractor Drivers internationally to join a professional hay contracting business operating across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria during the 2026/27 season.
This is an excellent opportunity to experience Australian agriculture while operating up-to-date machinery alongside an experienced crew. The season offers plenty of hours, travel across multiple regions, and the chance to work with one of Australia's established hay contracting operations.
The Role
You'll be operating a range of modern machinery including:
- Windrowers fitted with mower conditioners
- 300hp Massey Ferguson and Fendt tractors
- Krone triple mower combinations and quad rakes
- Krone BigPack HD balers
The Season
- Team begins building during September 2026
- Full crew operating by early October
- Travel through Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria
- Season runs through to January/February 2027
- Accommodation provided throughout the season (motels, hotels and country pubs)
About the Candidate
- Previous tractor operating experience
- Experience with mowing, raking or baling equipment highly regarded
- Comfortable working 12-14 hour days during peak periods
- Enjoy travelling and working as part of a close-knit crew
- Current full driver's licence
- Own vehicle preferred, but not essential
- Reliable, safety conscious and able to work independently
