We're on the hunt for a driven and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team at Shoe Warehouse DFO Homebush!

You'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, keeping the team engaged, and creating a store environment that customers love coming back to.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
No two days are the same in retail, but here’s what you can expect:

- Support the Store Manager in running daily operations and keeping the store performing at its best
- Lead by example - deliver outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same
- Drive sales performance by tracking results, celebrating wins, and identifying growth opportunities
- Coach and develop your team to achieve KPIs and reach their full potential




- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks its absolute best
- Help manage stock levels and minimise shrinkage through strong loss prevention practices
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following OH&S; standards

ABOUT YOU
You're a natural leader who thrives in a team environment and loves retail:

- Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Third in Charge, or Assistant Store Manager
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with stock control and visual merchandising
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
