About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Reception Supervisor to lead our Reception team while delivering exceptional service at the front desk. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will guide, coach, and support your team while also performing day‑to‑day reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Reception team to achieve KPIs and service excellence
- Welcome and assist members, answer enquiries, and direct calls
- Perform microphone announcements and provide accurate venue information
- Ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations
- Monitor and improve service standards to maximise patron satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with rostering, training, and performance feedback for reception staff
What You’ll Bring
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality or club environment
- RSA & RSG certification
- Solid understanding of compliance and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse demographic
- Proven ability to manage time, resolve conflicts, and lead by example
- Immaculate presentation and a passion for outstanding service
