The Role
Full time permanent role
Manage a successful VIC West/Geelong territory
Promote a market-leading GP pharmaceutical portfolio
Build strong relationships with GPs and primary care customers
Drive sales growth through clinical conversations and strategic territory management
Execute a focused business plan aligned to clear performance goals
Work within a driven, collaborative and successful healthcare sales team
About You
We're interested in high-achieving individuals who are commercially driven, coachable and motivated to succeed.
Backgrounds considered include:
Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales representatives with a track record of strong performance
High-performing rookie candidates with:
A Science or Business degree
Outbound sales experience or highly KPI-driven retail sales experience
Solid communication skills and commercial presence
You will bring:
