An Eastern Suburbs agencycommittedtoall thingsProperty Management is on the lookout for a Leasing Manager to join their team. This is arole with training provided,where you will learn todeal with clients,strengthen your skill as anegotiatorandunderstand what it takes toprovide the bestpossible service to the local area.

About the role

- Managing leasing process from open homes through to checking applications
- Work alongside Property Management team
- Aid in completing in and out-going inspections of properties
- Aid property managers with routine inspection overflow
- Responding to rental enquiries
- Preparation of leasing documents and mange signing process

- Monday to Saturday role with a day off during the working week Saturdays (only when needed)

Skills and experience

- Solid understanding of the Eastern Suburbs
- Current Certificate of Registration required
- Own car and Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
