We're on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a business where no two days are the same.

Working alongside a supportive accounts team, you'll help keep the wheels turning by supporting our dealerships across a range of market-leading automotive brands. From Accounts Payable to payroll, you'll play an key role in the success of our business.

About the Role

- Process supplier invoices, payments and chase outstanding bills.
- Maintain supplier accounts and account details.
- Perform account and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and process journal entries.
- Process end to end payroll for approx. 130 employees across four locations.
- Process fortnightly superannuation payments.
- Process customer refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
- Resolve account queries and liaise with suppliers.




- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

About You

- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Payroll or similar finance role is essential.
- You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy staying organised and love ticking things off your to-do list.
- You're a team player who isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office is highly regarded.
