Montessori East in Bondi is seeking an experienced Preschool Coordinator / Educational Leader to oversee Cycle 1 (3–6 years) and lead our Montessori program.
This full-time role combines classroom teaching (three days) with leadership, administration and educational coordination (two days). You will support staff, ensure EYLF-aligned planning, monitor IEP implementation, and promote robust partnerships with families within our not-for-profit community.
