HQ Group, a Melbourne-based hospitality collective, is seeking a Duty Manager for HER Melbourne. You will oversee service across four venues, liaise with chefs and supervisors, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while managing WHS standards.

The role includes opening/closing duties and supporting F&B; teams. Ideal candidates will have proven hospitality operations experience, robust communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including late nights
